SPECIAL CONSTITUTIONAL TRAINING

Special constitutional training suitable for the professional and tournament players. It focused on exploring the movement capabilities as speed, strength, skills and endurance. We offer the possibility of managing the constitutional training for both groups and individuals. We prepare an individual training plan for you for the development of the tennis player's movement capabilities.
